Kaduna Zonal Head of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Bappa, on January 15, 2019 charged staff of the zone to be dedicated to their duties.
Bappa gave the charge during an engagement with staff of the zone where he encouraged them to “re-double” their effort in carrying out the Commission’s mandate. “Discipline is the key,” he said.
He further challenged team leaders to mentor junior colleagues attached to them, so as to enable them “understand” the job. “I encourage you to mentor them,” he stated.
He also warned staff to “avoid truancy”, stressing that such acts was an offence punishable under the EFCC’s Staff Rules and Regulation.
“My doors are open to all of you, come with your genuine complaints and you shall have my ears,” he added.
